Kodilion designed and developed eRehabilitator as an integrated digital platform combining a self-service portal for members and applicants with a comprehensive internal application for Chamber employees. The project involved not only software development but also detailed mapping, standardisation and digital redesign of the Chamber’s administrative processes.
The member-facing portal, accessible through e-Građani and NIAS authentication, enables users to submit applications for membership and professional authorisation, monitor submitted requests, request official certificates and access their personal professional profile. Depending on their status, members can also review education records, professional supervision information, and financial obligations. The solution includes practical self-service capabilities such as generating payment information and a QR code for membership fee payments.
The administrative application provides Chamber employees with a single workspace for processing applications and maintaining official records. It supports membership and authorisation procedures, independent professional activities, recognition of foreign professional qualifications, professional supervision, certificate issuance, code lists and system configuration. Positively resolved cases can automatically update the relevant official register, keeping administrative workflows and authoritative records synchronised.
A significant part of the solution focuses on membership fee management. Chamber employees can import bank statements, review transactions, associate payments with individual members and maintain an up-to-date overview of financial obligations and payment status. Members can in turn review their own financial position directly through the portal.
The system also supports continuing professional development and professional supervision. Educational activities can be created and managed centrally, participants can be added individually or imported in bulk, and professional development points are assigned directly to member records. This provides the Chamber with a structured and transparent way to monitor professional development requirements over time.
The platform is designed to operate as part of Croatia’s wider digital-government environment. Authentication is based on NIAS/e-Građani, while the solution supports data exchange with government infrastructure and authoritative data sources through integrations and the Government Service Bus. End-to-end scenarios cover the full lifecycle from electronic application submission and data retrieval through case processing, official decisions and delivery of results to the applicant.
